I’m Michelle Black, an EFT practitioner and coach. I help people move through life's transitions with more calm, clarity, and confidence.

I discovered EFT during one of my own turning points, a time when everything I thought I knew was changing.
It helped me calm my mind, understand my emotions, and reconnect with a sense of hope.
Now, I share that process with others who are finding their way through change. My approach is practical, compassionate, and focused on helping you feel like yourself again, even when life feels uncertain.
